The goal of Youth Enrichment is to provide opportunities for youth to pursue their interests, expand their abilities and improve their social skills in an informal, fun and safe environment.
Cahoots
Create your own mini forklift by building and assembling both 3-D-printed hard and rubber components. Learn how to solder the Arduino controller board and integrate it with the electronics and 3-D-printed parts to bring your forklift to life. Review and modify the operating program, flash it to the vehicle and take it for a spin. Also, craft mini wooden pallets and assemble a warehouse setup to practice driving and maneuvering the forklift. Take home the fully functional RC forklift and pallets. This exciting project is taught by the Eagan High School Robotics Team 2220.
