    Get up early this summer,and get it DONE with Boxing Fusion on Tuesdays at 515AM, and Boot Camp on Thursdays at 515AM. When kids' activities have you running from place to place, start your day off with a burst of energy to carve out some time for yourself first. Or, maybe your busy work schedule keeps you from finding time for yourself to feel your best. Let us be there for you with custom crafted workouts by seasoned fitness professionals. Boxing Fusion seamlessly combines: Bag work, Agility, Mobility, Core, and Strength...all within 45 minutes. We recommend open finger MMA gloves to help your body stay cool, while offering up the dexterity you will need for equipment use. Hand wraps are optional. We do have a limited set of gloves available to borrow, if you do not have your own. They are laundered and sanitized after each use. Boot Camp mixes calisthenics, body weight exercises, cardio, and strength training into one unique experience. Improve your muscular strength, balance, coordination, and cardiovascular fitness while also learning new ways to challenge your body.
  • Healing Flow Yoga with Pon

    Practice yoga postures through sun salutation poses, listen to breathing exercises and drishti with sun salutation flow. Learn balance and strength yoga postures and engage yourself with peacefulness with the healing flow at the end of the session. Benefits include improved energy, strength, balance, focus and improved rhythm in breathing. Please bring to class yoga belt strap (7-8 feet) and yoga bolster pillow.

    Learn the basics of the game and go from never touching a paddle to being able to play an entire match. Over the last few years, pickleball has been rising in popularity. The growth of the sport in recent years probably has a lot to do with the fact that it is a sport that is easy to learn and fun for mixed groups, no matter the age, gender, or skill of the players.     Be active and connect with other recreational tennis players in your community in match play. Players will be matched according to ability, then mix and mingle while playing matches of singles and/or doubles. Basic understanding of the rules of tennis is important as well as being able to serve and rally with some consistency. Prizes will be awarded for most sets won in various categories at the end of the session. If you cannot make a particular Sunday a match will be assigned for you to make up during the week.
