Barre Fitness
This class teaches dance technique, Pilates conditioning, and yoga balance in a series of total body movement to leave you feeling lengthened, toned, and energized. Wear comfortable clothing and remove shoes and socks prior to class. -
Beginner Tennis Lessons
Learn basic stroke mechanics of forehand, backhand, volley, serve, footwork, rules and scoring. Designed for the player with little or no tennis experience. Players should have their own racket but tennis balls provided. -
Bootcamp
Improve your body's overall functional strength, balance, coordination and cardio endurance. Focus on strength, movement and balance. Learn to challenge muscular endurance, balance and coordination by moving through all planes of motivation with multi-joint and compound exercises. All levels welcome. Exercises can be modified to meet individual goals. -
Bootcamp with Sarah
Get a great full-body workout—no equipment required! We’ll do a fun mix of cardio, strength, and balance training for all levels. Dial up for higher intensity, dial down if you’re just getting back into your fitness routine. Either way, we’ll work hard with sports drills, aerobics moves, and toning exercises. All proceeds from this class will benefit the RHS Irishettes Dance Team. -
Boxing Fusion
This class will give you a blend of heart pumping exercises, through a combination of bag work, agility, core and strength in 45 minutes. What to bring to class: Boxing Gloves. We recommend open finger MMA gloves to help your body stay cool, and offer up some dexterity for equipment use. Hand wraps are optional. -

Get Golf Ready: Beginners (ages 15+)

Develop skills that allow you to be comfortable and competent on the course. Discover the skills of full swing, putting and chipping. Understand the basic etiquette and equipment of the game. Lesson package includes two, one-hour lessons on the driving range, two one-hour lessons around the green and a three-hour on-the-course lesson to practice what you have learned under the patient guidance of instructors. Each course provides range balls, clubs if needed, tees and training aids. Class limited to a maximum of eight to allow for individual attention within the group setting. Sets in The Valley Tennis
Be active and connect with other recreational tennis players in your community in match play. Players will be matched according to ability, then mix and mingle while playing matches of singles and/or doubles. Basic understanding of the rules of tennis is important. Prizes will be awarded for most sets won in various categories at the end of the session. If you cannot make a particular Sunday a match will be assigned for you to make up during the week. -
