Dad and Me: Outside and ActiveExtended Age GroupsParents With Children Ages Birth through 7 Years Please register for one class with an alternate choice for your family (not per child) for the lottery. Additional class registration will open after the lottery is completed. Fathers of all types have an important relationship with their children that is instrumental in their development. Join together in a community of men to learn, share and play while building a support system rooted in fatherhood. This group will focus on outdoor adventures, exploration and nature activities to help foster discussion about parenting and what it means to be a dad. When the weather doesn’t allow us to be outside, we’ll move the fun into our homes on Zoom. Bring your experiences as a father to share with the group and take home new tips and ideas from both other dads and our parenting educator. Your children will make new friends and learn skills with the guidance of our early childhood teachers. IN-PERSON: Classes listed as ‘In-Person’ will be held at the Dakota Valley Learning Center. Classes will be held in small groups using social distancing, masking and face shields for staff. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, one adult per family will be invited to participate in an on-site class. Ages: 1 yr. 11 m - 7 yr. 11 mSpring 2021
