Rosemount Lithium Summer Team (grades 10-12)

Our Lithium program is designed for players to help our Rosemount Lacrosse program. We started this program in 2021 to foster a very active group of players to help make our program stronger. The group of Lithium players will work together in the off season to focus on developing stick skills, team concepts and playing together as one team. The team will practice together up to 3 times a week (depending on holidays) and play in summer tournaments. By playing in locally held tournaments it minimizes travel and eliminates the need for lodging. During the summer, players can be expected to learn the next season's plays, formations and needs of the team. Practice will also have a large focus on the GPS of lacrosse (groundballs, passing, shooting). The cost will cover coaching, field expenses, and tournament fee. All players entering their sophomore-senior year are invited to participate. The team will be selected by the coaches based on need, age, and previous team experience. If we have enough interests, we will have two lithium teams (JV and Varsity).
