Skills performed with assistance include: Jump into shoulder-deep water Submerge and explore underwater Float and glide on front and back Roll over front to back, back to front Tread water, 15 sec. Swim on front and back, 5 yd. Exit Skills: Front glide 2 body lengths, roll to back float 15 sec, recover to vertical Back glide 2 body lengths, roll to front & recover to vertical Swim on front 5 yd roll to back & float 15 sec, roll to front & continue swimming 5 yd to return to the starting point. Safety topics: Basic water safety, healthy swimming, safe water entry, helping yourself and others in an emergency, use of lifejackets, safe weather conditions for swimming and waterpark safety. Course format: Classes run 30 minutes with 4 students per instructor. Prerequisite: Students must have completed Preschool 1 or have equivalent skills. Younger age groups focus on developing motor skills and self-confidence; older age groups focus on developing core soccer skills and personal improvement, while introducing an element of light competition.

We bring families together in a warm, supportive environment with the goal of having everyone feel comfortable singing, dancing and jamming. Because young children learn best from the powerful role models in their lives, our engaging classes show parents and caregivers how to help their children become confident, lifelong music-makers just by having fun making music themselves. Classes are mixed-age so the siblings can be together. Infants under eight months on the first day of the fall session (born after Jan 25, 2024) attend free with a paid sibling.     Level 2 (ages 5 and up) - Summer Mon - Thu Session R4 at Rosemount Middle School

Participants, ages 5 and up, experience success with fundamental skills. Skills: Jump into shoulder-deep water. Breath control, bobbing and rotary breathing. Float and glide on front and back. Roll over: front to back/back to front. Change direction while swimming. Tread water, 15 sec. Swim on front and back, 15 yds each. Exit Skills: Jump into shoulder-deep water, tread water or float 15 sec, swim on back for 15 yd and exit the water. Move into a back float 15 sec, roll to front and recover to vertical. Swim on front 15 yd with 15 sec back float at mid pool. Safety Topics: Basic water safety, healthy swimming, safe water entry, helping yourself and others in an emergency, use of lifejackets, safe weather conditions for swimming, and waterpark safety. Course format: Group Classes: Run 45 minutes with 5 students per instructor. Semi-Private Classes: Run 30 minutes with 2 students per instructor. Private Classes: Run 30 minutes with 1 student per instructor. Prerequisite: Students must have completed Preschool 2 or Level 1, or have equivalent skills. Registration tips: When registering for multiple sessions in a row we highly recommend registering for the same level.   • Preschool Creative Dance (ages 3-5)

    Use your imaginations and self expression to explore the art of dance and music. Focus on coordination, musicality, rhythm and interpreting different styles of music through basic ballet movements. Wear dance attire or comfortable clothing and shoes. (Dance shoes are optional.) Children must be potty trained.
