Rosemount Lithium Summer Team (grades 10-12)

Our Lithium program is designed for players to help our Rosemount Lacrosse program. We started this program in 2021 to foster a very active group of players to help make our program stronger. The group of Lithium players will work together in the off season to focus on developing stick skills, team concepts and playing together as one team. The team will practice together up to 3 times a week (depending on holidays) and play in summer tournaments. By playing in locally held tournaments it minimizes travel and eliminates the need for lodging. During the summer, players can be expected to learn the next season's plays, formations and needs of the team. Practice will also have a large focus on the GPS of lacrosse (groundballs, passing, shooting). The cost will cover coaching, field expenses, and tournament fee. All players entering their sophomore-senior year are invited to participate. The team will be selected by the coaches based on need, age, and previous team experience. If we have enough interests, we will have two lithium teams (JV and Varsity).

  • All Irish Lacrosse Family Night (boys, ages 6-15)

Join varsity players during their high tempo and competitive practice. Youth players will go through dynamic warm ups, learn skills for your individual positions, compete in odd man situations during competition time. Learn the Irish tactics during the full team tactics/scouting session of practice. Be paired with a varsity big brother or big sister during practice. End with Irish Fest competitions in which teams will compete 3 v 3 in mixed aged teams so everyone has a chance to be on a team with a varsity player. The coaches and varsity players would like all Rosemount youth players to attend. They want to have everyone together on the field at the same time to celebrate being a part of the Irish lacrosse family. Players registered after May 5 may not receive t-shirt or correct size as order as been placed.
