    District 196 Fall Lacrosse Training Clinic (Boys, grades 3-8)

    Fall is a great time to get back to lacrosse! Continue developing your shooting, passing, ground ball and defense skills. The first hour will be a training session to improve your individual skills. Then be grouped by age and skill level for a competitive scrimmage. Improve your lacrosse IQ and decision making skills. Participants can choose to purchase a pair of shorts with registration for $100. Price without shorts is $80.
  • Rosemount Girls Basketball Fall Skills and Drills (grades 3–8)

    Skills and Drills provide you with an opportunity to get more individualized instruction on Skill work and Start to Learn Actions and Principles of both our half court man to man defense and motion offense for the Traveling Basketball Season through Skill Development drills! Attend all six sessions for $60 or attend 3 sessions for $45. Attendance will be taken at each session.
  • Rosemount Irish Girls Basketball Camp (grades K-12)

    Rosemount Girls Basketball Fundamentals Camp (grades K-3) Learn and practice basketball with the Irish! Join Coach Orr, coaching staff and Rosemount High School players for a week of fun and skill building. Learn and improve your basketball skills by participating in games, fundamental skill work and exciting contests. Improve your basketball skills, make new friends and have fun! Receive a t-shirt. Register for RGBASK-K3 Triple Threat Club (grades 3-7) Take your game to the next level! A typical session will consist of one hour of skill work and half hour of 1 v 1, 3 v 3, 5 v 5 games and/or team offense/defense concepts. The main focus of the workouts will be on improving individual fundamentals and building team chemistry! Receive a t-shirt. Register for RGBASK-37T Offensive Skills Camp (grades 3-8) Concentrate on shooting, ball handling, passing and 1 v 1 moves! These offensive skills will be emphasized, practiced and developed through drills, 1 v 1 games, 3 v 3 games and other contests. Awards will be included! Receive a t-shirt and individual shooting evaluation. Register for RGBASK-38O Un-Common Club Skill Development Camp (grades 7-12) Improve your basketball IQ and skills while building team chemistry! A typical session will consist of one and a half h ours of skill work and half hour of 1 v 1, 3 v 3, 5 v 5 games and/or team offense/defense concepts.   • Rosemount Irish Track Club – Speed and Power Summer Training (boys and girls, grades 7-12)

    This program is very specific in nature to the development of each athlete’s speed and power. Programming will be written and implemented with a focus on research-based methods. Special emphasis will be placed on measuring and testing within each workout to monitor development.
  • Rosemount Irish Volleyball Clinic (girls, grades 5-12)

    Middle School Skills Development Clinic (grades 5-9) Athletes develop skills and game play by improving passing, setting, hitting, blocking and serving, while learning new offensive and defensive schemes. Clinic meets over the course of 5 weeks on Monday, and is geared towards those with playing experience. Grades 5-6 register for RVBCL-56Skills Grades 7-9 register for RVBCL-79Skills Middle School Positional Clinics (grades 6-8) Setters register for RVBCL-68Setters Work on footwork, hand positioning, set placements and tempos. Hitters register for RVBCL-68Hitters Focus on attacking, blocking and defense. Open to girls of all skill levels for training as a middle, outside or right side hitter. Liberos/Defensive Specialists register for RVBCL-68LDS Work on defensive and passing skills. Focus on serve receive passing, defensive digging and movement, all types of serving and some back row attacking skills. High School Positional Clinics (girls, grades 9-12) High intensity, fast paced clinics, focusing on high repetitions. Registration is limited; camp ratio is 5:1 to ensure individualized instruction. Middles register for RVBCL-912-Middles1 or RVBCL-912-Middles2 Jump, hit and block a ton of volleyballs! Setters register for RVBCL-912-Setters1, RVBCL-912-Setters2 or RVBCL-912-Setters3 Work on footwork, hand position, location and offensive strategies. Pins register for RVBCL-912-Pins1 or RVBCL-912-Pins2 For outside and right side pin hitters. High repetitions jumping and hitting. Work on fundamental arm swim, footwork and practice game-like situations. Liberos/Defensive Specialists register for RVBCL-912-LDS1 or RVBCL-912-LDS2 Develop advanced defensive and passing skills by focusing on serve receive passing, defensive digging and movement, all types of serving and back row attacking skills.
