With almost a decade of teaching Community Education classes in Minnesota and Wisconsin, leading workshops across the Midwest and Southwest (in-person and virtually), and cooking live on local TV stations, like CBS and Fox, Chef Mimi’s diverse repertoire spans Ethiopian/Eritrean, Mediterranean, Asian, Brazilian and Caribbean Cuisines, inspiring students to explore global flavors.
