Restaurant-quality egg rolls and samosas can be made right in your own kitchen! These appetizers are jammed with flavors from around the world and can be a quick way to incorporate leftovers into something new and fun to eat. Make a variety of egg rolls, samosas and dipping sauces. Supply fee of $20 per pair payable to instructor. Bring to-go containers.

As a beloved local culinary icon, Chef Mimi brings vibrant passion and expertise to her cooking classes, creating a fun and engaging atmosphere for students of all ages and skill levels. With almost a decade of teaching Community Education classes in Minnesota and Wisconsin, leading workshops across the Midwest and Southwest (in-person and virtually), and cooking live on local TV stations, like CBS and Fox, Chef Mimi’s diverse repertoire spans Ethiopian/Eritrean, Mediterranean, Asian, Brazilian and Caribbean Cuisines, inspiring students to explore global flavors.
