Join us for an educational evening designed to provide a wide array of information. Family Navigation Service is designed to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and their families. The goal is to help families navigate complex systems by providing Resource coordination, support with life transitions, education on available services, assistance with applications along with provider communication and connection to county, state, and federal programs.
