Get up early and get it done with Boxing Fusion and Boot Camp. Start your day off with a burst of energy to carve out some time for yourself first. Busy work schedule keeps you from finding time for yourself to feel your best? Experience custom crafted workouts by seasoned fitness professionals.
Boxing Fusion seamlessly combines bag work, agility, mobility, core and strength ... all within 45 minutes. We recommend open finger MMA gloves to help your body stay cool, while offering up the dexterity you will need for equipment use. Hand wraps are optional. Limited set of gloves available to borrow, if you do not have your own. They are laundered and sanitized after each use.
Boot Camp mixes calisthenics, body weight exercises, cardio and strength training into one unique experience. Improve your muscular strength, balance, coordination and cardiovascular fitness, while also learning new ways to challenge your body.
Nickie Carrigan and her team consist of nationally certified personal trainers, health and fitness coaches and group fitness instructors dedicated in helping other achieve their fitness and well-being goals.
