Whether you are feeling overwhelmed by daily responsibilities or simply looking for ways to navigate stress more effectively, this four-week workshop offers practical tools to reset, recharge and build resilience. Guided by the book, Burnout: The Secret to Unlocking the Stress Cycle by Amelia Nagoski, DMA and Emily Nagoski, PhD, each session blends insightful discussions with a grounding somatic yoga practice designed to help regulate your nervous system. I am a certified 500hr Soma Yoga Teacher and Certified Personal Trainer. I have been in group fitness for over 20 years and have been teaching yoga for over ten of those years. I was trained in yoga at Yoga North in Duluth, MN and have Personal Training Certificate through ACE.
