District 196 Community Education

Grades 4-5 Camp Get a jump start on learning foundational moving patterns to be an athlete. Program will focus on speed, tumbling, jumping, agility, competition and a focus on body weight movements used in the weight room. Learn the foundational training methods of the Eagan Wildcats. Register for ESC-45 Grades 6-8 Camp The Eagan Trained Ground Zero program focuses on developing the total athlete. Learn how to train like a cat! ET will center on speed/mechanics, while making the athlete more mobile. Concentrate on developing a solid base when it comes to lifting techniques through exercises that include bodyweight, MB’s, DB’s, bars and loaded lifts. Developing great habits on how to train correctly is the key to success. Register for ESC-68A or ESC-68B Register by May 29 to receive a t-shirt.

Grades 3-6 Camp Receive quality instruction in football basics with an emphasis on fundamentals and good sportsmanship. In addition to quality instruction from members of the Eagan High School football coaching staff, receive guidance from 2024 Wildcat varsity football players. Participate in age­-appropriate activities focusing on stretching technique and running form, as well as passing, receiving, blocking, tackling, punting and kicking with lots of fun and competitive games. Receive a t-­shirt.  Register for EFBALL-36 Grades 10-12 Camp Summer schedule will be communicated by Eagan coaching staff after being finalized. It will include practice, 7 v 7 and team camps. Middle School Camp (grade 6-8) Fun week where training will be headed up by the Eastview High School boys players and coaches. Focus on skill development through skills, small sided games and small group instruction. End the week with our annual 3 v 3 tournament.
