Eagan Swim Camp held at Dakota Hills Middle School. Students in Grades K-5 who attend; Deerwood, Red Pine, Northview, Pinewood, Glacier Hills and Woodland Elementary. During this camp we will learn about the four competitive strokes in swimming and many different aspects of the sport. This is a great opportunity for elementary school aged students to be introduced to competitive swimming. Swimmers will need to bring a suit, goggles and towel to practice. Practice is held on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Swimmers should try to attend 2 out of 3 practices each week. There will be two sessions: Kindergarten, First and Second Grade (5:00-5:30pm) and Third, Fourth and Fifth Grade (5:30-6pm). On Friday evening, May 17 we will put our skills to the test and host a mini swim meet at Dakota Hills Middle School. Participants need to be able to make it one length of the pool unassisted.
