Save lots of money, increase your kitchen expertise and enjoy fresh bread every day with this simple bread dough that you store in the refrigerator and bake on your schedule. Understand the basic theory of artisan breads using wet dough. Enjoy samples, mix a batch of dough and receive recipes for various breads. Bring a five-quart mixing bowl with cover, a set of measuring cups and spoons, and a large wooden spoon. Take home a batch of bread dough and a warm loaf of bread made and baked in class. Supply fee of $9 payable to instructor at class. Demonstration, hands-on and tasting. 

Carol Schaub

Carol Schaub is a knowledgeable instructor who enjoys teaching cooking. She teaches basic techniques, how to make food healthier with fewer additives, suggests ways to involve family and how to save time in the kitchen.
