Deep Water Exercise (Thursdays - Pay as you go)
Enjoy exercising in deep water, supported by exercise flotation belts, to minimize strain on joints! Our instructor will lead you in a workout that develops both cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. Register for the session or for the day(s) you will attend for $12 per day. Aquatics Adult Fitness is open to middle school age students accompanied by an adult. (Please note: the pool is not zero entry and participants enter/exit pool using a ladder.) -
