Parents are under a lot of pressure to do things ‘right’ in our fast-paced world with pervasive media. You make thousands of decisions a day, so sometimes it’s hard to find a balanced approach to parenting. While information is good, it can sometimes undermine your confidence and leave you even more confused. You’ll explore your own parenting philosophy and gain confidence in the common parenting issues of the day: nutrition, screen time, children’s activities, safety, family roles, self-care and other topics identified by the
group.
