This new class, exclusive to eight sites in Minnesota, is designed to help young children develop executive function and self-regulation skills during the most vital stage of brain development. You will learn ways to relax bodies, quiet minds, embrace big feelings, interact with others and work toward successful learning. Join us this winter as we work together to build your child’s focus, resilience and emotional regulation through language, storytelling and mindfulness activities.
