The goal of Youth Enrichment is to provide opportunities for youth to pursue their interests, expand their abilities and improve their social skills in an informal, fun and safe environment.

Have you ever found yourself in a yoga pose wondering, “Am I doing this right?” Break down the Warrior sequence — Warrior I, Warrior II and Warrior III — to help gain confidence, alignment and strength in your practice. Take a deep dive into the Warrior poses, exploring the key muscle groups, alignment principles and movement patterns that bring each posture to life. In the final session, put it all together in a guided flow class, integrating everything into a smooth and empowering practice.
I am a certified 500hr Soma Yoga Teacher and Certified Personal Trainer. I have been in group fitness for over 20 years and have been teaching yoga for over ten of those years. I was trained in yoga at Yoga North in Duluth, MN and have Personal Training Certificate through ACE.
