Heidi McDonald has over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, in both non-profit and corporate settings, and has spent the past two years as a commission-based recruiter. She has extensive experience in interviewing and hiring people in roles from entry-level to leadership positions. She currently owns a job coaching company, HM Career Resources, where she coaches people as they grow in their careers.
