Introduction to Springboard Diving - Winter Mondays at Black Hawk Middle School

Aquatics Winter 2026

Learn basic diving skills progressing from diving from the side of the pool to diving from the diving board using an approach and hurdle. Participants must be comfortable in deep water and able to swim 15 yards, or Level 4 equivalent.

Introducción al salto en trampolín

Aprende habilidades básicas de salto que van desde saltar desde el lateral de la piscina hasta saltar desde el trampolín utilizando la aproximación y una valla. Los estudiantes deben sentirse cómodos en aguas profundas y poder nadar 15 yardas o el equivalente al nivel 4.
