Cahoots
The "FORCE" Defense and Goalie Camp focuses on essential skills for both defensemen and goalies, including footwork, stick positioning, checks and stick work. Improve your speed, decision-making and stick skills for passing and checking. Enhance your ability to read the game and become a more effective defender or goalie.
Lance Kuehn is the head varsity lacrosse coach at Rosemount High School and a head coach for TEAM MINNESOTA. He teaches chemistry and physics at RHS. He appreciates the hard work and teamwork required to play the sport of lacrosse. When he is not coaching or teaching, he enjoys running and spending time with his family.
