The goal of Youth Enrichment is to provide opportunities for youth to pursue their interests, expand their abilities and improve their social skills in an informal, fun and safe environment.
Cahoots
String and band students attend weekly rehearsals, which include high quality curriculum and music. Our fast-paced rehearsals cover a wide variety of classical music, plus music from movies and Broadway musicals. Rotating sectional rehearsals are 6:00-6:30 p.m. and will help you to hone your musical skills in preparation for tri-annual concerts.
Susan Jacobson is the artistic director of the South of the River Orchestra program. She has a Bachelor of Science in Music Education from Winona State University and has directed several orchestras and choirs, and performed in civic orchestras and ensembles.
