The goal of Youth Enrichment is to provide opportunities for youth to pursue their interests, expand their abilities and improve their social skills in an informal, fun and safe environment.
Cahoots
Practice yoga postures through sun salutation poses, listen to breathing exercises and drishti with sun salutation flow. Learn balance and strength yoga postures and engage yourself with peacefulness with the healing flow at the end of the session. Benefits include improved energy, strength, balance, focus and improved rhythm in breathing. Please bring a yoga belt strap (7-8 feet) and yoga bolster pillow.
Pon Nhep has been a yoga teacher for 8 years. I had yoga certificate from Life Time Acadamy in 2014.
My teaching skill are: Traditional Ashtanga yoga, Yin yoga, and Vinyasa flow yoga all levels.
