Andrea Koncak has been teaching fitness classes in Minnesota since 2014 and has been teaching POUND since 2016 and even became part of the POUND Tour Crew (a corporate POUND Ambassador) in 2020! Andrea also teaches Les Mills Body Flow, Yoga Sculpt, Beat Boss Cycle, Tabata and HIIT.
