The goal of Youth Enrichment is to provide opportunities for youth to pursue their interests, expand their abilities and improve their social skills in an informal, fun and safe environment.
Cahoots
If your child loves to sing, Da Capo provides an opportunity for them to share their passion for music with others! The District 196 Music Department, in partnership with District 196 Community Education, is excited to offer a musical learning opportunity for your child. Da Capo is a non-auditioned choir that focuses on vocal technique, music reading and artistic expression in a fun and educational setting. A free Da Capo concert will be held on Thursday, December 5th at 6:30 p.m. in the Woodland Gym. In addition, we will also be performing at our Veteran's Day program, go "caroling" around the school and hopefully go to a nursing home to sing. Everyone is welcome! Fee includes t-shirt. Coral Da Capo
Si a su hijo le gusta cantar, Da Capo le brinda la oportunidad de compartir su pasión por la música. El Departamento de Música del Distrito 196, en asociación con la Educación Comunitaria del Distrito 196, se complace en impartir aprendizaje musical para su hijo. Da Capo es una coral sin requisito de audición que se centra en teoría y solfeo, además de la expresión artística, en un entorno divertido y educativo. ¡Todos son bienvenidos!
