The goal of Youth Enrichment is to provide opportunities for youth to pursue their interests, expand their abilities and improve their social skills in an informal, fun and safe environment.

Back by popular demand! This class has been a BIG hit! What a fun evening you will have making the most beautiful eight-inch, three-layer cake to take home to your family. It is a fun and simple cake to make, but you will look like a pro when you display your creation. Mix, bake and finish this chocolate and caramel goodie. Even you will be surprised at what you have made! Class is for any skill level from beginner bakers on up! Supply fee of $16 payable to instructor. This is an adults only class.
Nancy Burgeson, a skilled and knowledgeable instructor, has 45 years experience baking and teaching. She is periodically featured on Twin Cities Live, KSTP Channel 5, and has won numerous awards at county and state fairs.
