Learn the time-honored art of creating pasta from scratch. Learn how to throw together the perfect pasta dough and how to roll and slice it into noodles. Also, discover how to make a creamy Alfredo sauce to smother your freshly made noodles — a rich and satisfying homemade dish. Supply fee of $20 per pair payable to instructor. Bring to-go containers to class for leftovers.
