The goal of Youth Enrichment is to provide opportunities for youth to pursue their interests, expand their abilities and improve their social skills in an informal, fun and safe environment.
Cahoots
Lateral Violence is adult bullying. Lecture and discussion. The learner will be able to:
1. Identify at least 15 COMMON behaviors of bullying in the workplace. 2. Examine the feelings associated with being the victim and/or the perpetrator. 3. Become aware of and eliminate causes that create a negative environment. 4. Discover positive ways to deal with personal attack behavior.
