The goal of Youth Enrichment is to provide opportunities for youth to pursue their interests, expand their abilities and improve their social skills in an informal, fun and safe environment.
Cahoots
Let’s hike Whitetail Woods and enjoy the beautiful scenery around the lake. They’ve made some improvements in the park and have a long boardwalk on one side which will shorten our trail to about 2-1/2 miles (rather than 3-1/2) around Empire Lake. It’s also a one-way path. I’ll hand out bottles of water and snacks after the hike that you can take with you. Meet by the Empire Lake Picnic Shelter. Wear sturdy walking shoes and dress for the weather. Plan to arrive by 9:50am so we can start our hike together.
