The goal of Youth Enrichment is to provide opportunities for youth to pursue their interests, expand their abilities and improve their social skills in an informal, fun and safe environment.
Cahoots
Learn how dyes were invented by early man. Flower pounding has been around for thousands of years to dye fabrics. Using just a hammer (no ink no paint) we will pound the dyes in flowers and leaves and eco-print them onto paper to make cards and bookmarks. Fun flower color chemistry. You are welcome to bring flowers from your garden or pots. We will have plenty on hand too!
