Cahoots
Rosemount Wrestling Intensive camp 2-8th Grade (RWRES-28)
This camp is not for beginners. Wrestlers must be ready to have an intensive practice and work on higher level technique. Practices will have a high level of intensity.
Foundations of Wrestling (RWRES-PK6)
This camp is geared for the younger wrestler and will focus on the foundations of the sport. Concepts of wrestling, basic takedowns, breakdowns, and pinning combinations. Low to medium intensity camp.
Coach Chuck Hartwig has coached wrestling for 7 years. Chuck has one year of Division III wrestling experience and believes wrestling can help improve discipline, agility, and toughness in every sport.
