Irish Volleyball Skill Development Club Register for RVBALL-69SD

The Skill Development Club is a weekly series of sessions focused on developing skills and game play over the course of 4 weeks. Players will improve their passing, setting, hitting, blocking and serving skills while also learning new offensive and defensive schemes. This is directed at players going into 6th-9th grade who have playing experience.

Irish Elite Volleyball Skills Session (grades 9-12):

Middle Hitters (register for RVBALL-912MH)

This is a high-intensity skills session for middle hitters focused on attacking and blocking. Athletes will receive individual skill instruction to refine blocking, transition, and approach footwork. You will jump and hit a ton of balls. Camp is limited in size to ensure 5:1 player to coach ratio or smaller.

Setters (register for RVBALL-912S)

This is a high intensity skills session for setters. Setters will work on footwork, hand positioning, set placement, and tempos. Athletes will receive individual skill instruction to prepare for the high school season. Camp is limited in size to ensure 5:1 player to coach ratio or smaller.

Outside Hitters (register for RVBALL-912OU)

This high-intensity fast paced skill session is for training as an outside or right-side hitter. High repetition focused on attacking, blocking, defense, and transition will prepare you for the high school season. Camp is limited in size to ensure 5:1 player to coach ratio or smaller.

Libero/DS (register for RVBALL-912LDS)

This is a high-intensity skills session for liberos and defensive specialists. Campers will work on all defensive and passing skills. The camp will focus on serve receive passing, defensive digging & movement, all types of serving. Camp is limited in size to ensure 5:1 player to coach ratio or smaller.
