The goal of Youth Enrichment is to provide opportunities for youth to pursue their interests, expand their abilities and improve their social skills in an informal, fun and safe environment.
Cahoots
Grades 4-5 Camp
Get a jump start on learning foundational moving patterns to be an athlete. Program will focus on speed, tumbling, jumping, agility, competition and a focus on body weight movements used in the weight room. Learn the foundational training methods of the Eagan Wildcats.
Register by May 29 to receive a t-shirt.
Grades 6-8 Camp
The Eagan Trained Ground Zero program focuses on developing the total athlete. Learn how to train like a cat! ET will center on speed/mechanics, while making the athlete more mobile. Concentrate on developing a solid base when it comes to lifting techniques through exercises that include bodyweight, MB’s, DB’s, bars and loaded lifts. Developing great habits on how to train correctly is the key to success.
Grades 9-12 Camps
Get ready for the fall season with strength, power/explosiveness and mobility.
Coach Gage attended Augustana College in Sioux Falls where he wrestled and coached. He has been training athletes, including baseball, football and wrestlers for 20+ years.
