Join us for this one of a kind community night to discuss the book, The Anxious Generation: How the Great Rewiring of Childhood Is Causing an Epidemic of Mental Illness by Jonathan Haidt. Discover how the impact smartphones have on our children and learn how to help your student with the ever changing world of technology. Discuss how to end this epidemic with professionals, and other community members. Note: participants do not need to read the book to attend.
Michelle Gustafson and Grant Eustice have a combined twenty plus years of experience in education. As a licensed school counselor, elementary teacher and English Language Development teacher, they have witnessed firsthand the devastating impact these technologies have had on students and the complications they create for educators.
