The goal of Youth Enrichment is to provide opportunities for youth to pursue their interests, expand their abilities and improve their social skills in an informal, fun and safe environment.

Experience the newest twist on the beloved macaron – an impressive macaron cake crafted from layers of oversized macarons and rich fillings, decorated with traditional macarons. Mix, bake and assemble your own visually stunning macaron cake, sure to dazzle on any occasion. Open to everyone, whether or not you have previously participated in Nancy’s macaron classes. All necessary supplies are provided. Supply fee of $16 payable to instructor. This is an adults only class.
Nancy Burgeson, a skilled and knowledgeable instructor, has 45 years experience baking and teaching. She is periodically featured on Twin Cities Live, KSTP Channel 5, and has won numerous awards at county and state fairs.
