The goal of Youth Enrichment is to provide opportunities for youth to pursue their interests, expand their abilities and improve their social skills in an informal, fun and safe environment.
Cahoots
Learn self-defense, discipline and respect in a fun and active martial arts environment. Feel good about your body with increased fitness levels, strength and flexibility. Become mentally tough and self-confident while improving focus and concentration. Uniform to be purchased. Instructor will provide information at class. Parents are welcome to attend for free.
Firas is a Black belt in Shotokan and Ahihara Karate and is fluent in kickboxing and Muay Tai. He combines all four styles into one. Firas enjoys sharing his passion and knowledge of mixed martial arts with students.
