The goal of Youth Enrichment is to provide opportunities for youth to pursue their interests, expand their abilities and improve their social skills in an informal, fun and safe environment.
Cahoots
Just in time for Valentine's Day, although they can be made any time of the year, these lovely candies make wonderful gifts, if you can part with them that is! Make several different kinds of truffles and decorate them with beautiful trim. Go home with a beautiful box of finished truffles. Class is for all skill levels from beginner to advanced candy makers. Supply fee of $14 payable to instructor. This is an adults only class.
Nancy Burgeson, a skilled and knowledgeable instructor, has 45 years experience baking and teaching. She is periodically featured on Twin Cities Live, KSTP Channel 5, and has won numerous awards at county and state fairs.
