Improve your overall sense of well-being by integrating your spirit, mind and body. Try basic yoga poses and learn safe strengthening and stretching exercises along with balance postures. No experience is necessary; appropriate for all ages of adults. Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. If you have yoga blocks, straps, bolsters or weights you like to use, feel free to bring them but they are not required.
