Launch and watch your very own rocket speed 300 feet into the air! Make and take home multiple rockets of varying difficulty throughout this session. Use these rockets and airplanes to investigate basic aeronautical concepts including: propulsion, thrust, lift, drag and more. Hypothesize about travel in outer space, how to get a United States astronaut to Mars and life on Mars. Please bring two, two-liter soda bottles (empty) for two different experiments.

Learn financial literacy skills and practice math skills through experiential activities. Earn "money" through a series of games and activities. Play different roles and be presented with opportunities to spend, share and save your money. The week culminates when you can use your earnings to purchase items in a simulated store.

Draw wild animals native to Minnesota, such as fox, lynx, owls and timberwolves. Work with a variety of fine art materials, while learning where they live, how to identify their tracks and how to capture their characteristics. Make your very own wild animal mask to take home!
