In the summer heat there isn't anything like a cold treat to cool you down. Make homemade (healthy) popsicles free of added sugars, dairy and artificial colors that you can take home, freeze and enjoy. These will put the ice cream truck to shame!

Jackie Mart's holistic health and wellness path began in 2006 when she was first introduced to organic food and alternative medicine. She is a holistic nutritionist, life coach, motivational speaker, certified fitness instructor and owner/operator of Optimum Wellness LLC. Jackie's health/wellness experience includes: consulting independently, working with gyms, partnering with chiropractic/wellness clinics, food co-ops, and providing nutrition and health education in many large-group settings and businesses throughout Minnesota and Iowa.
