Fitness and Yoga Fun Boot Camp - Diamond Path Elementary (grades K-5)

This fun boot-camp has a little of everything for an active healthy lifestyle! For BOYS & GIRLS! Have fun with various types of obstacle courses and ultimate yoga challenges and other fun fitness activities. Focus on fine tuning body alignment and developing greater awareness of body, mind, and breath. Practice a variety of poses each session along with learning balance, coordination and flexibility in a fun and playful group setting. The second part of the class will focus on healthy eating habits, positive attitudes, self-confidence, staying active, teamwork and better focus through meditation.
