Blissfully Balancing Yoga with Shannon

Flow into your rhythm with this gentle, yet revitalizing yoga class. This class combines guided meditations for relaxation, breath awareness for focus and a mindful flow of strengthening yoga poses. Get your body moving, your energy flowing and your mind relaxing! Emphasis is on balancing the systems and allowing the body and mind to connect. Pose modifications and variations will be shown. All levels welcome. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.

Shannon Fury

Shannon Fury is a Certified Yoga Instructor and provider of Healing Touch. She completed a 230-hour yoga teacher training program and is registered with the Yoga Alliance.
